Key West Florida has always had a reputation for attracting the weird and wacky. If you have been there recently you will understand why it is now described as "Key West, where the Weird go Pro".

Cops had no problems catching up to this guy.
A homeless man — covered in ketchup — was sprawled out on a busy Key West, Fla., street, screaming profanities at tourists.
The human hot dog was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.
